Shipping Policy

Processing Time We dispatch all orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via our trusted shipping partner, Easyship.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Period You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened loose leaf tea products in original packaging

  • Tea accessories (teapots, cups, etc.) in original condition

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used loose leaf tea products

  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

Return Process

  1. Contact us at monika.cleaco@outlook.com.au within 14 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. We'll provide return instructions and address

  4. Return items in original packaging with all accessories

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective

Exchange & Store Credit

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes, flavours, or products of equal value. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Store Credit Store credit is available as an alternative to refunds and expires after 2 years from purchase. Store credit can be used on any future purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue

  2. We'll arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you

  3. Return shipping will be covered by us
