THE GOLDEN MORNING OVERNIGHT OATS

I always try to use the cleanest ingredients possible - organic oats, pure maple syrup, and fresh ingredients that make your body feel amazing. When we start our day with wholesome foods, we're setting ourselves up for sustained energy and that beautiful glow from within.
The magic? Mix everything before bed, wake up to creamy, delicious breakfast ready to go. It's like having a breakfast chef who works while you sleep!
CLEAN INGREDIENTS (Choose organic when possible)
– ½ cup whole rolled oats (organic old-fashioned)
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– ½ teaspoon pure maple syrup
– Pinch of sea salt
– ¼ cup Greek yogurt (organic, optional)
– ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
METHOD
In a jar, combine oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, salt, and yogurt if using.
Add almond milk and stir well, making sure no chia seeds clump at the bottom.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or up to 5 days).
In the morning, stir and add your favourite toppings!
DELICIOUS VARIATIONS
Apple Pie: Add 2 tbsp applesauce + ¼ tsp cinnamon. Top with diced apples and pecans.
Chocolate Banana: Stir in ½ mashed banana + 1 tsp cocoa powder + pinch cinnamon. Top with banana slices and walnuts.
PB&J: Top with peanut butter, fresh berries, and chopped peanuts.
Peach Crisp: Top with fresh peach slices and granola.
